Pre-Construction Services

We value a team approach with Clients, guiding them through project conception to a design that meets the established budget and schedule parameters.

Exceptional Design/Build Teams

Project discovery stage, During these meetings we seek to develop an in-depth understanding of the project. Thus allowing us to give you recommendations on the type of building that will best fit your needs, the site, your budget, and construction duration.

Setting Program elements – During this stage of the project we will develop concept budgets based on the program elements that fit within your budget parameters and end-user needs. You will have access to our vast sub base guided by our estimating team, thus allowing you to know what your project will cost before it is designed thus minimizing change orders and eliminating the waste of designing a project that my does not fit the projects proforma

Access to our partner network/staff extension. We will recommend and/or manage the project’s Engineers, Architect, Interior designers, and other consultants, allowing you to move on to your next project and affording you the time you need to do more of what you are best in the world at.

Design assist – if you already have the above elements of the construction process covered, we can work with your existing team and deliver the benefits mentioned above thus ensuring your project is built to maximize value

Design Build of a vertical portion only – Some clients have a passion for certain parts of the development process or have another compelling reason for wanting to directly manage all aspects of the development of the project except the structure. In this case, we would conduct all the above stages of the design but only on the building itself
