Scope:

Perfectly situated in Apopka, FL, Bronson Peak blends serenity with high-end convenience. At the heart of the community sits a sophisticated clubhouse designed for connection and wellness. Residents enjoy a luxury pool and sports courts framed by elegant hardscapes, while the interior offers a vibrant club room, a state-of-the-art gym, and a dedicated yoga studio for ultimate rejuvenation.  

Challenges:

JK2 Construction was up for the challenge on this project for a new client. The budget was lean, and the schedule was even tighter, but we saw it as a chance to show what we’re capable of. By staying resourceful and focusing on what mattered most, we over-performed and over-delivered. Not only did we get the job done on time, but we also once again leaned on our years of expertise to prove our high standards, even when the pressure was on.
