EverBe Phase 1 Amenity & Hardscape
Scope:
At JK2, we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve delivered at EverBe in Orlando. We didn’t just build an amenity center; we built a place where people actually want to be.The heart of the project is the zero-entry pool, which features dedicated lap lanes so it works for both a morning workout and a lazy afternoon. There are plenty of other outdoor amenities for all ages. Inside, we constructed a 24/7 fitness room with feature windows for inviting natural light. Because we’re a trusted partner, we were also contracted to construct the parking lot at the BeSocial Club. This will be the first of several amenities in the EverBe community, and we’re excited to add to the lifestyle for residents here.
Challenges:
The EverBe project kept us on our toes. We had to move fast to hit the 2025 opening, and Orlando’s weather didn’t always make it easy. Even with our extensive resort experience, EverBe presented unique hurdles that required us to lean into our problem-solving expertise.This wasn’t just a build; it was a victory in logistics and craftsmanship. We’re proud to have been the hands behind EverBe, delivering a world-class destination where families will be making memories for years to come.
