Royal Pacific Resort
Scope:
A complete demolition and build back of the Orchid Court Lounge. The demolition of office and back of house spaces then transform into the Tuk Tuk Market, as well as the renovation of the existing check in, concierge and service areas throughout the lobby.
Challenges:
The phased construction both accommodated and complimented the normal operations of this exclusive resort. Installing the plumbing and electrical components was a major undertaking considering the twenty-year-old post tension cabling running through the slabs of each floor.
