Pulte Homes
JK2 is currently engaged to Design-Build three new clubhouse facilities for Orlando’s Premier Homebuilder, Pulte Homes. Each project varies in scope and site amenities:
- Royal Estates features include a clubhouse cabana, pool, open space park, and a central mailbox kiosk.
- Lakeview Pointe features a clubhouse cabana, pool, splash pad, tot-lot, shade structure, fitness trail, picnic area, parking, and a central mailbox kiosk.
- Lakeshore at Narcoossee features a clubhouse with a fitness center and meeting space, zero entry pool with built-in toys, tot-lot, shade structure, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, dog run, picnic area, parking, and central mailbox kiosk.
All three clubhouses are slated to complete construction by mid-2015 and are at different stages of construction and design/permitting.
